Purchasing a Happycocker pup was one of the most pleasant and worthwhile experiences in my life. Mandy and David worked with me to make sure I was feeling comfortable and confident in getting my new family member. I was given many options to receive my new baby girl, Lady. Mandy has the shipping option through Puppyfind.com, she offered to meet me half way, and welcomed me to come to their home. I ended up choosing the home visit in which the Brodie's assisted in recommending a local hotel for my out-of-town stay. Mandy also kept in contact with me throughout my 7 hour drive to make sure I was safe since I was traveling by myself. Prior to my trip, I was in constant contact with Mandy. I was able to ask questions about the puppies and the parents. Mandy was very detailed in the puppy's initial care and was very interested in her baby's potential new home. The Brodies continue to keep in contact about how things are going and if there is anything that I have questions about. I know that if there is anything I need regarding my puppy or anything else for that matter, I can always count on being able to talk with Mandy.
